When you join our Research & Development team, you'll be responsible for developing and commercializing new indications for ultrasound-based medical technology. You'll work collaboratively to manage technical development, translation of research and product delivery for new indications.
You should hold an advanced degree (M.D., D.O. or Ph.D) in Biological Sciences, and have at least 3-5 years of experience in the bio pharmaceutical and/or device field. You should enjoy working in a cross-functional environment and feel empowered by collaborative teamwork. Most importantly, bring your optimism, and approach new projects with a "can do" attitude.

Support client success by providing service and technical support.
Whether you join our Customer Service, Technical Support or Logistics team, you'll be contributing to the success of our clients and our business. Help fulfill orders, resolve issues, and monitor product quality.
To succeed in any of these roles, you should be empathetic, service minded and customer-focused. You should feel confident acting as liaison between customers, engineering, service and repair, quality and logistics to identify and communicate quality issue trends, and develop troubleshooting techniques.

As part of our Technical Operations team, you'll be responsible for all existing commercial products. You will ensure our ability to provide adequate quantities, and identify goals around cost, quality, delivery and growth.
Ideally, you should at least hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline. You should have at least 5 years of related electro-mechanical operations or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry. And you consider yourself results driven and highly collaborative.
